Sharon Stone showed off her fit bikini body on Instagram and proved that diet and exercise are the fountain of youth.

Judging by her slim physique and wrinkle-free skin, it’s hard to believe Stone is 58 years old.

Sharon admits she no longer has the body of a 20-year-old bikini model, but is happy with her looks and life.

In 2015, Stone made headlines after posing nude in Harper’s Bazaar magazine. Sharon’s stunning nude photo spread made jaws drop.

Stone’s anti-aging fitness and beauty secrets are yoga workouts and a low-carb, high-fat glycemic index diet, as Celebrity News has reported.

Stone’s low glycemic diet focuses on low-carb foods with a low glycemic index that prevent blood sugar spikes that fuel inflammation, weight gain and aging.

Sharon’s low-carb diet is heavy in red meat and vegetables and shuns sugar and simple carbs.

Stone has followed the low GI Diet for over many years, and credits it for helping her recover from a brain aneurysm in 2001.

A low-glycemic index diet accelerates weight loss, boosts metabolism and prevents diabetes, said Rob Thompson, author of The Insulin Resistance Solution.

Low carb, high-fat diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets promote weight loss by inducing the body to burn body fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Physician and weight loss expert Dr. Mark Hyman agrees.

By reducing carbs and eating more healthy fats, you can accelerate weight loss and enjoy consistent energy, said Dr. Hyman, author of Eat Fat, Get Thin.

Sharon Stone said fitness maven Jane Fonda (who looks unbelievable at 78) is her fitness inspiration.

Jane’s bestselling workout videos helped launch the 1980s aerobics craze. Fonda revealed her anti-aging workout in her exercise DVD, Prime Time: Fit and Strong.

Sharon is inspired by Fonda’s motto that discipline sets you free. It’s the same philosophy touted by anti-aging guru Dr. Christiane Northrup, author of Goddesses Never Age.

Stone’s workouts include exercising with weights in her pool, strength-training, stretching, dancing and yoga.

Yoga promotes natural weight loss by reducing stress, building lean muscles and suppressing appetite, said Christina Brown, author of the Yoga Bible.

“I do what it takes,” said Sharon Stone. “I go to the gym and I eat healthy.”

Stone, who suffered a brain aneurysm in 2001, said she hasn’t had any plastic surgery, but get fillers in her face to smooth out wrinkles.

Sharon also relies on wrinkle-fighting creams like Miracle Retinol Moisturizer that contain hyaluronic acid to accelerate cell turnover and promote a dewy complexion.

“It’s a far better alternative than having your face cut apart and ending up looking like you got sucked into a wind tunnel,” said Stone.
