Melissa McCarthy looks better than ever after her 75-pound low-carb diet weight loss.

In recent Instagram photos, Melissa looked adorable wearing clothes from her own fashion line that accentuated her dramatic recent weight loss.

Despite her 75-weight loss, Melissa remains a vocal advocate for larger women, saying women should love their bodies no matter what their weight or size.

Melissa, who recently launched her all-sizes clothing line, Melissa McCarthy Seven7, said all women are beautiful, even if they’re not model-skinny.

McCarthy is thrilled to champion plus-size women, who have been marginalized by the fashion industry, as Celebrity News has reported.

“There’s a big thing missing where you can’t dress to your mood above a certain number,” said Melissa. “I’ve been every size under the rainbow. My sense of style never left me, but my options did.”

The Melissa McCarthy Seven7 collection has lots of cute, flattering styles and is not just for plus size or super-skinny women.

Meanwhile, McCarthy looks fantastic after losing 75 pounds with a low carb diet and HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workouts, as Celebrity Health Fitness has reported.

Low carb diets such as the ketogenic and Atkins diets promote rapid weight loss by inducing the body to burn fat for fuel, said obesity expert Dr. Eric Westman, co-author of Keto Clarity.

Dr. David Ludwig, a physician and nutrition professor at Harvard University, agrees. “‘Eat less, exercise more’ doesn’t work,” said Ludwig.

By reducing carbs and eating more healthy fats, you can enhance weight loss, curb hunger, and enjoy consistent energy, said Dr. Ludwig, author of Always Hungry? Conquer Cravings, Retrain Your Fat Cells, and Lose Weight Permanently.

In addition to fueling weight loss, clinical research shows a low carb diet reverses type 2 diabetes and prevents inflammation a key driver of diseases such as cancer and dementia, said Dr. Ludwig.
